  • What should I wear for each service?

    For the Hot Plunge and Cold Plunge, wearing swimwear or comfortable workout attire is recommended. For the Infrared Sauna, lightweight clothing or a towel is appropriate. For the Recovery Boots, comfortable clothing that allows easy access to your legs is best.

  • What health conditions would prevent me from these services?

    If you have cardiovascular conditions, respiratory issues, or are pregnant, please consult your healthcare provider before using any of our services. Additionally, if you have open wounds or infections, we recommend avoiding these services until fully healed.

  • Can I use these services before or after exercise?

    Yes, the Hot Plunge and Cold Plunge can be beneficial both before and after exercise. Using them after workouts helps with muscle recovery, while using them before can prepare your body for physical activity. The Infrared Sauna can also be used before or after exercise to relax muscles and enhance recovery. The Recovery Boots are particularly effective after exercise for reducing muscle fatigue and improving circulation.

  • How long should I use each service?

    The recommended duration for each service is as follows: Hot Plunge and Cold Plunge sessions typically last between 5-20 minutes, depending on your preference and tolerance. Infrared Sauna sessions can range from 20-60 minutes, tailored to your comfort and recovery needs. For Recovery Boots, a session of 15-30 minutes is usually ideal. You can follow our studio board for beginner and intermediate guidelines or adjust based on your individual requirements.

  • How do I book a session?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access our facility and use all available services. This email will guide you through the process and ensure you are fully prepared for your visit.
